Starting her career from the day she could hold a brush, Abbigail was born a hair and makeup artist. She would test out her skills on any friends and family members who would let her and eventually went on to train professionally at Delamar Academy in 2012.

With over a decade of international experience, Abbigail Richards is an acclaimed Hair and Makeup Artist whose artistry has graced some of the world’s most recognisable faces in film, television, theatre, and fashion. Her portfolio includes collaborations with leading brands and productions such as Netflix, ITV, BBC, and ASOS, with her work seen on global stages and screens, as well as in prestigious publications.

A standout career milestone came in 2021, when Abbigail was honoured to be a part of the winning team of the Television Academy Emmy Award for Outstanding Period and Character Hairstyling on Bridgerton — a true testament to her skill, dedication, and creative vision.

Recognising the growing demand for her sought-after bridal services, Abbigail founded The Abbigail Richards Pro Team — a handpicked collective of elite artists selected from her extensive network of industry collaborations. Each artist has been personally trained by Abbigail to uphold her exacting standards of excellence, professionalism, and artistry. The Pro Team has since become one of the most respected names in luxury bridal beauty, and their expertise continues to be called upon by major clients including BBC, ITV, and London Fashion Week.

Operating worldwide, Abbigail and her team of mobile artists travel across the UK, Europe, and beyond — specialising in destination weddings and bespoke beauty experiences wherever their clients may be.
